1. Rates Include: Maintenance, oil, greasing and little road maps.

2. Minimum Rental: One (1) day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.

3. Renter’s Age: Minimum 23 years old, Maximum 80 years old.

4. Driving License Requirements:

The renter must have held a valid driving license for at least one (1) year.

EU Citizens:

• Category B (Car License): Permitted to drive Cars, Quads (ATV), Buggies, and Scooters up to 50cc.
• Scooter 50cc: Requires Category AM, A or B.
• Scooter 125cc: Requires Category A1 or A.
• Scooter 200cc: Requires Category A2 or A.

Non-EU Citizens:

• Car License: Permitted to drive Cars, Quads (ATV), and Buggies.

• To rent any type of two-wheeler, the renter must hold: A valid Motorcycle License (Type M or R) from their country of origin OR An International Driving Permit (IDP) – Type A.

5. Traffic Fines: All traffic fines, as well as fines for any violation of the Greek Penal Code are renter’s responsibility.

6. Insurance: All rental rates include third-party liability coverage.
In the event of an accident, the renter is responsible for paying the full cost of any damages and/or loss of income due to the immobilization of the rented vehicle, unless:

• There is sufficient evidence that the damage was caused by a third party, or
• Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) coverage has been purchased.

7. Collision Damage Weaver: With C.D.W. coverage, the renter’s liability is limited as follows:
Cars, ATVs/Quads, and Buggies: Up to €600
Motorbikes and Scooters: Up to €400

Any additional costs beyond these amounts are fully covered by the insurance.

C.D.W. EXCLUSIONS
The C.D.W. does not cover:
Damage to the underside of the vehicle
Damage to wheels and tires
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

C.D.W. DAILY RATES
€10/day: Vehicle categories A, B, C, D, and ATVs
€15/day: Vehicle categories E, F, G, S, and Buggies
€5/day: All motorbikes and scooter

8. Fuel: All vehicles have to be returned with the same amount of fuel as given. Otherwise the difference has to be paid to the rental company. Refunds cannot be given on unused fuel.

9. Delivery & Collection of cars: Free of charge to airports, harbours and hotels.

10. Ferrying the Vehicles: Vehicles cannot be transported by ferry without the advance written authorisation of the rental company (exception Antiparos)

11. Terms and Rates: Subject to change without prior notice, with the sanction of the Greek Tourist Organisation, are in the full responsibility of the renter.

12. It is strictly forbidden to drive on the beach and to take more persons than allowed.
